In ancient story, we have listened about a palace where each one was women. Means women do each work because they can do anything whether is at household work or outside work. Hindu mythology explains itself as we celebrate NAVRATRI or NAU DURGA festival. The position of Indian women has declined from ancient period to medieval period. At present, Indian women have held important political and government administrative posts. But on the other side one of the truth is a majority of rural women who are illiterate and not able to run homes and do not have knowledge to even basic health amenities and lack of self confidence.

Hence, today’s scenario is we have to prove the power of women. In the direction of women empowerment Hahnemann Charitable Mission Society put an example in the guidance of Dr. Atul Gupta {founder of HCMS}. He has vast experience in agriculture and from many years, he is doing research about financial freedom of rural farmers.

Hahnemann charitable mission society, situated at Pinjra Pole Gaushala, Jaipur. This organization aims to promote economic stability of rural youth and women empowerment. This organization deeply believes in providing useful knowledge blended with practical aspects so that the women not only gain self-confidence but also become economic stable.

This good objective is not only on paper or in verbal form but we have proved it by our own determination and practice also. Organizations Secretary Mrs. Monika Gupta proved it by her work also. She is a dynamic, work oriented women who always engaged in multiple task. One of the unique ways to promote the women empowerment in this organization is -at present this organizations employees and workers appointed are all women from seniority to bottom.

All the staff members working here are women; they are well qualified and determined towards their goal. The farmer’s union member is also women candidate only it also promote women farmer objective. 

The other goal, is to promote women entrepreneurship, our organization provides training and complete guidance for this. One of the programs is to teach the worker in stitching since in Jaipur embroidery and handicrafts have more market aspects and will become easy to manage between home and business.

The organization also provides training for organic farming in medicinal plant cultivation. Many young women entrepreneurs come and learn the skills of medicinal plant cultivation and market skills. Organization runs SHGs self-help groups and at present, we have 200 SHGs group of women farmers, we have 200 SHGs group of women farmers, which is unique record, because our organization build them from laborer to farmer. Everyone can see, happiness in our women farmer eyes and smile. Now she earn respect as well independent  handle their family.

हैनिमैन चैरिटेबल मिशन सोसाइटी महिला सशक्तिकरण को प्रोत्साहित करती है

प्राचीन कहानी में, हमने एक महल के बारे में सुना है जहाँ हर एक महिला थी। मतलब महिलाएं प्रत्येक काम करती हैं क्योंकि वे कुछ भी कर सकती हैं चाहे वह घरेलू काम हो या बाहर का काम। हिंदू पौराणिक कथाओं के अनुसार ही हम NAVRATRI या NAU DURGA त्योहार मनाते हैं। भारतीय महिलाओं की स्थिति प्राचीन काल से मध्यकाल तक घट गई है। वर्तमान में, भारतीय महिलाओं ने महत्वपूर्ण राजनीतिक और सरकारी प्रशासनिक पदों पर कार्य किया है। लेकिन दूसरी तरफ एक सच्चाई यह है कि अधिकांश ग्रामीण महिलाएँ निरक्षर हैं और घर नहीं चला पाती हैं और उन्हें बुनियादी स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं और आत्मविश्वास की कमी का भी ज्ञान नहीं है।

इसलिए, आज का परिदृश्य हमें महिलाओं की शक्ति को साबित करना है। महिला सशक्तीकरण की दिशा में हैनिमैन चैरिटेबल मिशन सोसाइटी ने डॉ। अतुल गुप्ता {HCMS के संस्थापक} के मार्गदर्शन में एक उदाहरण रखा। उन्हें कृषि में बहुत अनुभव है और कई वर्षों से, वे ग्रामीण किसानों की वित्तीय स्वतंत्रता के बारे में शोध कर रहे हैं।

जयपुर के पिंजरा पोल गौशाला में स्थित हैनिमैन चैरिटेबल मिशन सोसाइटी, जयपुर। इस संगठन का उद्देश्य ग्रामीण युवाओं और महिला सशक्तीकरण की आर्थिक स्थिरता को बढ़ावा देना है। यह संगठन व्यावहारिक पहलुओं के साथ मिश्रित उपयोगी ज्ञान प्रदान करने में गहरा विश्वास करता है ताकि महिलाएं न केवल आत्मविश्वास हासिल करें, बल्कि आर्थिक रूप से स्थिर भी हो सकें।

यह अच्छा उद्देश्य केवल कागज या मौखिक रूप में ही नहीं है, बल्कि हमने इसे अपने दृढ़ संकल्प और अभ्यास से भी साबित किया है। संगठन सचिव श्रीमती मोनिका गुप्ता ने अपने काम से इसे साबित भी किया। वह एक सक्रिय, काम उन्मुख महिला है जो हमेशा कई कार्यों में लगी रहती है। इस संगठन में महिला सशक्तीकरण को बढ़ावा देने का एक अनूठा तरीका यह है कि वर्तमान में यह संगठन कर्मचारी और नियुक्त किए गए कर्मचारी वरिष्ठता से लेकर नीचे तक सभी महिलाएं हैं।

यहां काम करने वाले सभी कर्मचारी सदस्य महिलाएं हैं, वे अपने लक्ष्य के प्रति अच्छी तरह से योग्य और दृढ़ हैं। किसान संघ का सदस्य भी महिला उम्मीदवार ही है, यह भी महिला किसान उद्देश्य को बढ़ावा देती है।

दूसरा लक्ष्य, महिला उद्यमिता को बढ़ावा देना है, हमारा संगठन इसके लिए प्रशिक्षण और पूर्ण मार्गदर्शन प्रदान करता है। कार्यक्रम में से एक कार्यकर्ता को सिलाई में सिखाना है, क्योंकि जयपुर में कढ़ाई और हस्तशिल्प के बाजार के अधिक पहलू हैं और महिलाओं के लिए घर और व्यवसाय के बीच प्रबंधन करना आसान हो जाएगा।

संगठन औषधीय पौधों की खेती में जैविक खेती के लिए प्रशिक्षण भी प्रदान करता है। कई युवा महिला उद्यमी आती हैं और औषधीय पौधों की खेती और बाजार के कौशल सीखती हैं। संगठन स्वयं सहायता समूह चलाता है और वर्तमान में, हमारे पास महिला किसानों के 200 स्वयं सहायता समूह हैं, जो अद्वितीय रिकॉर्ड है, क्योंकि हमारा संगठन उन्हें मजदूर से किसान तक बनाता है। हर कोई देख सकता है, हमारी महिला किसानों की आंखों में खुशी और मुस्कान है। अब वह सम्मान अर्जित करने के साथ-साथ अपने परिवार को संभालती है।
